This page brings together the resources, notes, and developments introduced in DAP. They will be published progressively.

An In-Depth Reading of Psalm 23

Psalm 23 is short, familiar, and often read too quickly. Yet it describes guidance, a table prepared in the presence of enemies, anointing, and a house in which to dwell. This in-depth reading follows the text through seven movements and is freely available.

Research and Discernment Notes

I write about what I observe in systems, organizations, and the Church. Notes are published as they take shape, and you can subscribe at the end of the Psalm 23 reading.

Differential Axis for Christian Entrepreneurs

Introduced in DAP as the ADD diagnostic

What Should You Keep Building When the Pastures Change?

A few days after the publication of DAP - God, Money, Power, Apostle Chuck D. Pierce sent a message to us as Kingdom Harvesters (members of Kingdom Harvest Alliance) about the fields entrusted to us. One sentence particularly caught my attention:

"Harvest also requires a storehouse."
A harvest also needs a place where it can be preserved.

He recalled Joseph, who established storehouses throughout Egypt before the years of famine.

The harvest was not only meant to be produced. It also had to be preserved for the time ahead.

This message resonated with another reflection that Psalm 23 had opened up for me: the idea of economic pastures. A shepherd does not keep leading his flock where the grass has stopped growing. He must recognize when conditions are changing and know where to lead what has been entrusted to him.

For Christian entrepreneurs, this question becomes particularly important in a time of economic and systemic transformation:

Will what has enabled me to produce until now still bear fruit tomorrow? And what now deserves the investment of my time, capital, network and influence?

This is the question the Differential Axis is designed to address.

It helps Christian entrepreneurs and decision-makers identify, among what they have already developed, built and demonstrated, the distinctive contribution worth continuing to build upon, and then examine where that contribution can meet a durable economic need, particularly at the Europe–Africa interface, which is my field of mission.

The challenge is not simply to find the next pasture. It is also to prepare storehouses, as Joseph did in Genesis 41: the systems and assets capable of preserving, developing and transmitting the value created as conditions change.

A premium offer for Christian entrepreneurs and decision-makers who are no longer simply looking for the next opportunity, but want to discern what truly deserves the next years of their resources.

Situational Assessment

You are facing a consequential decision in an environment whose real rules you do not yet fully understand. I accept a limited number of engagements each year.

The process begins with your actual situation. It examines the power dynamics at play, the logics of action, and the blind spots shaping the situation. It results in a confidential report and a written decision, together with the safeguards to put in place if you choose to proceed.

Confidential process. Initial contact required before any engagement.

RADASCOPE

Many leaders discover too late the real rules of the environment in which they operate. They read their organization through its formal structure and official narratives, while power is actually distributed in very different ways.

RADASCOPE is a systems-reading framework designed for decision-makers, builders, and leaders operating in complex environments. It is intended to identify the power structures at work, the cognitive biases that shape how reality is perceived, the logics of action that drive decisions, and the tipping points at which a person, an organization, or a system may change direction.

The method is being developed through real-world situations before any wider release.

Organizations facing a consequential situation, as well as partners who can contribute to strengthening the instrument's methodological foundations, can contact me.
