Two forms collect data on this website.

The newsletter subscription form collects your email address. It is processed by Brevo. Subscription is completed through double opt-in, and your address is only recorded after you confirm the link received by email.

The contact form collects your name, email address, the subject of your inquiry, and your message. It is processed by Webnode.

Purposes
The email address collected through the subscription form is used to send you notes, observations, and resources related to the published books. It is not used for any other purpose.

The data collected through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent, given through your voluntary subscription or by sending your message.

Recipients
Your data is neither sold, rented, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible to Nanou Mukolonga and to the technical service providers that host the website and manage email delivery, Webnode AG and Brevo, acting as data processors.

Retention Period
Email addresses subscribed to the newsletter are retained until you unsubscribe, then deleted within three years.

Messages received through the contact form are retained for three years from the date of the last exchange.
